Marian Carty

Carbon County

Married for 47 years to Michael, they have four children and seven grandchildren. The Carty’s reside in Palmerton and are members of Sacred Heart parish.

Marian and her family own and operate JobConnection Services, a business that encompasses Staffing, Home Care, Logistics and Executive Recruiting in the Tri-State Area.
Recently, semi-retired Marian volunteers in her church and community. She is Sacred Heart's Disability Advocate which recently added an additional service "With Hands Open" to assist with local services. She also participates in the Altar Guild and Carbon County's Family Promise, a homeless program.

Marian‘s blessed to say that God, Faith and Family are the key components to "who she is ". Her catholic upbringing, with caring, loving parents played a big part in molding her comfortable connection with Our God. She looks forward to sharing whatever experiences that she can to enrich our community and the BBA's charitable endeavors. In 2013 she and Michael severed as the Carbon County Chairpersons for the Bishops Annual Appeal.
